Our taster menu is complete dinner experience, Ideal for food lovers that enjoy trying new things. Each course is a smaller size than normal but there is far more to taste and try.

The Taster Menu is only on the last Saturday of each month.

Before you leave book for next month, as every month is different.

The Starter
Confit of Chicken Livers
Served with pickled Red Cabbage and Hazelnut Balsamic Vinegar

The Fish Dish
Shetland Mussels
Rope Grown West Coast of Scotland Mussels in a Cider, Chorizo and Pepper Sauce

The Duck Dish
Bourbon Duck Wings
Duck Wings Marinated in a sweet and tangy Bourbon Sauce

The Pasta Dish
Squacquerone Cheese Ravioli
Soft Italian Cheese with Lettuce in Ravioli style
Wrapped in Smoked Bacon and drizzled with Garlic Oil

The Meat Dish
Beef Bourguignon
Tender beef cooked in Red Wine, Garlic, Shallots, Mushrooms and fresh herbs
Served with Dauphinoise Potatoes

The Dessert
